[RBS] INFO: Hakalot for the written Driving Test

We just found out that you CAN get hakalot for the written driving test.
You need to physically go down to the Misrad HaRishui (Motor Vehicles Dept.-
p16e in the ShemeshPhone) office in BS and ask them when the person comes
who evaluates the students. He happens to be there today. The office has no
telephone so you can't call and ask.

You take your ivchun with you, he reads it and tells you whether or not you
are accepted, what hakalot you get and then gives you a date/time to come
back and take the test in BS.  You can do this same procedure in Jerusalem
as well. The oral test is probably given more often in Jerusalem, here it
seems to be only once per month.
