[RBS] Stranger on Nachal Shimshon 6:00am

it is proper to call teh poilcie in such circumstances.

we got our camera back because someone called thepolcie on a
suspicious-lookign person on our street - they came and "caught" him doing
nothing, but he had on him all sorts of stolen goods
