[RBS] Seeking space for Shabbos Seudas

Parshas Shmot, January 4/5.  Looking for space to hold the Shabbos Seudas, Friday night and Shabbos day for approx. 30 ppl.  Anyone know of space that might be available then?  Most of the Shuls we would normally look into are all booked for that weekend and the one that is available is out of our budget.  Any leads would be appreciated.  TIA
