[RBS] Beware a man gave my children Nis 100 outside Machon Meir

included, I think this is important to forward.

Hi ALl- a man between the ages of 35-45, black hair cropped short, short
beared, olive skin, hairy arms, kipah, handed my girls 100 shekels today.
he pulled the money from some kind of carry on or business bag he was
carrying. according to the girls,He was wearing black pants and brown shoes.
telling them to give it to their parents so that they should have a happy
life.
this could be the act of a very kind stranger, but also a bit wierd
and suspicious to say the least.
the incident occured next to the park at Machon Meir. I called the police
and they asked me to come down and give a report, which I will do tomorrow.
