I am pleased to inform the interested members of the community of an
opportunity to pre-register your expression of interest to acquire - either
alone - or as a group - up to 16 deluxe cottages presently being designed
for development in the area known as M-3 (before the traffic circle on
Shederot Nahar HaYarkon that leads to Kvish 10) (near Aish Kodesh, Menorat
haMaor, Ohr Shalom etc.).  Only 16 cottages of this category will become
available for purchase.  The design will be to Anglo Saxson
standards/requirements.

The homes will be facing the present the open fields (in the
valley) opposite what will eventually become RBS Daled.

Units are contemplated to be over 200 sqm.....++
