[RBS] yellow triangular road signs?

  Hi
Does anyone know why there are plastic triangular road signs attached with
zip ties to many of the traffic circles in RBSA?
They are flimsy and do not have their own posts so I dont believe they are
from the iriya
Some have a picture of a car sliding (ok I have seen proper signs like this
one before) and others have a picture of a man stepping off a hill with
rocks falling etc.
