[RBS] Passport Renewal

Hi,

 

Anyone know if we can renew our passports in Yerushalayim or do we have to
go to the embassy in Tel Aviv?? Someone mentioned to me that there is a new
embassy in Talpiot? Any definitive info would be greatly appreciated, as
Jerusalam is MUCH easier than tel aviv, especially without a car! Thanks!
