[RBS] hikes in rbs?

[Ayelet Rabinowitz]

I'm looking for recommendations for hikes in the RBS that involve more than
just walking (water, ladders??, something my kids may think is exciting).
Are there any good bike trails that don't require mountain bikes? Thanks so
much for the suggestions.
