[RBS] Voting in Tov Primaries

Attention to all who are considering voting in the local primaries for the
TOV party:
 
In order to vote, you need to join their party.
 
In order to join their party, you are certifying that you are NOT a member
of any other party. If you are a member of such party, it is a criminal
offense to join another party without first removing your current party
affiliation.
 
I know many people who tried doing this without removing their first party
affiliation, and they are still paying for it to this day.
