[RBS] Gan Safa Placement Problem

Our son was in Gan Safa for his second Trom Chova year last year, however he hasn't been placed in a Gan Safa (or any other Gan for that matter) for Gan Chova.  My attempts to contact the Iriya have been unsuccessful. If anyone has experienced similar problems or has any idea who I can turn to, (besides the Iriya Rahel Shilon number) please contact me.
