The Hagaz gas clock is a mechanical device which allows you to use yrou gas
oven / stovetop safely on yom tov , as often and for as long as you want
(well, up to 90 minutes at a time)

(or any time that you want to set the gas to turn off after a certain
amount of time)
It was developed by Machon Tzomet for halacha and technology

they are being sold in Beit Shemesh by Uri
