[RBS] Drivers beware!!

There is a traffic policeman sitting at the end of HaTabor street just as
you turn left to go to Osher Ad. It is the street that runs parallel and
behind Yitzchak Rabin (which is a one-way). There is a stop sign and white
line BEFORE the intersection at which you have to stop dead still, never
mind that you cannot see into the intersection at all from there. Slowing
down and inching forward is not good enough.
