The web site with details is:
[Hebrew]: http://www.oref.org.il/10314-he/Pakar.aspx
[English]: http://www.oref.org.il/10314-en/Pakar.aspx
The English is missing information, so it's כדאי to read the Hebrew.
*The masks have a long shelf life: 15 years for the kids' and 23 for the
adults'.*
My wife is at the distribution center and says that people are bringing in
their old ones. It's not clear whether they are being exchanged, just
handed back to them, or being handled on a case-by-case basis. Perhaps it
depends if the seal was already broken?
Be sure to click on the (non-underlined!) links to the instruction
booklets. I'd recommend printing them out!
*VERY IMPORTANT NOTE*: The ממת“ק model (for children and infants, which in
our case is in a big, yellow, plastic box) has a link to the instructions
for children (age 2-8), but is missing the link to instructions for infants
(age 0-2). The two links are:
[Infants 0-2]: http://www.oref.org.il/SIP_STORAGE/FILES/3/1303.pdf
[Children 2-8]: http://www.oref.org.il/SIP_STORAGE/FILES/5/1305.pdf
While I'm at it, the instructions for the tween/small (ages 8-14) and
adult/medium (14+) models is at
http://www.oref.org.il/SIP_STORAGE/files/5/2025.pdf
