[RBS] UPDATE: Gas mask longevity

I've received a lot of feedback.

People have called 104 about the recall: some have been told yes, replace
it; others, that it's fine.   Unfortunately, there's nothing on the website
(even in Hebrew), so we still don't have any official word.
