[RBS] Weather Report for Fri am RBS- JLM return

Two visitors are due to spend Shabbos with me before their return to USA on Motzi Shabbps.  I am supposed to pick them up from Jerusalem tomorrow, and I am concerned about the weather. Does any one have the latest information about the weather and traffic conditions.  Are cabs  or buses scheduled to run ?
