[RBS] Fwd: i want to purcahse Va'ad Bayit Insurance for my building

Looking for an  insurance company that offers  a policy to ensure personal
liability for the public building areas, like stairwell and entrance and
roof etc., so that apartment owners are not liable for a visitor hurting
themselves and suing all the building for damages,
