[RBS] seeking information on Bank Yerushalayim and Bank Yahav

I would like to hear people's personal experiences with regular
banking accounts at either Bank Yerushalayim or Bank Yahav.

Bank Yerushalayim advertises that it has no fees and even pays for having a
plus in the account. Bank Yahav also makes claims in its advertising that
sound really good. If that is the case, why haven't they been swarmed by
new customers?
