[RBS] Urgent Tehillim - 2 year old in car accident with severe head trauma

i have no idea about this particular accident
BUT
in the  VAST MAJORITY of cases, head trauma is sustained when a person
is not adequately restrained in a car seat or a proper seatblet
please, l'refuat the child who is in critical condition, let' sall
take it upon ourselves to eb extra makpid on the mitzvot aseh of
V'Nishmartem AND Ma'ake AND the mitzvat lo Ta'ase of Lo Tasim Damim
