[RBS] re seatbelts and innocent children

FIRST OF ALL - i apologize for offending people with my post
I had written, but obviously not clearly enough
that i did not know details fo the specific accident in question
but that i was suggesting a related mitzva to take upon ourselves l'refuato
of the child who was injured.

since this was taken by many to be giving mussar to these specific parents,
i apologize.  that was not at all what i meant
