[RBS] internet speed of tashtit vs. sapak

We recently switched to hotnet for our internet provider, but still use
Bezeq for the tashtit.  It's very slow sometimes - I'm wondering whether
the speed we have on hotnet is faster than Bezeq and if that could be
causing the problem?
