[RBS] Damage to cars in RBS

For the 5th time in a year and a half, damage was caused to my car whilst it was parked, thanks to an inconsiderate driver who thinks there is nothing wrong damaging some else's property, without acknowledging liability.

If you hit a car and cause damage, please leave a note with a phone number.

If you see someone hit a car, and then drive off, please be a considerate neighbour and write down any details, preferably a license plate number, and leave a note with a phone number. 

What may seem to be a little knock, can cost thousands of NIS to the innocent victim. Many people have leased cars, and when they return them to the leasing company, have to pay deductibles for each source of damage to a car when they return them. 

Not reporting damage is nothing less than theft.
