[RBS] Questions re: renewing superbus cards

What do I need to bring to renew my kids' superbus cards? do we need new
pictures? can I renew my adult kids cards as well ?(IE over 18?) And if so
do I need their TZ's ?
Lastly, where is the office now and is it open every day ?
Please reply to my address and remove the header letters of RBS in the
subject line . For some reason my server is rejecting emails with the
headers in it.
