Dear parents,

Between the above dates, the education department will open
registration for the next school year תשע"ד.

Below is a translation of the details advertised by the Education department:

Compulsory registration:

* Gan Chova (5) - children who were born between  December  10th 2007
and December  27th 2008,  א' טבת תשס"ח – ל' כסלו תשס"ט

 * Trom Chova (4) - children who were born between  December  28th
2008  and  December  17th 2009, א' טבת תשס"ט – ל' כסלו תש"ע

* Trom Trom Chova (3) - children who were born between  December 18th
2009 and December  7th 2010, א' טבת תש"ע – ל' כסלו תשע"א

Registration for the municipality ganim will be done through the
municipality website www.betshemesh.muni.il or through the internet
website www.cityedu.co.il

The website for registration will be open between:  27/1/2013-15/2/2013

Registration Center for those who don’t have access to Internet:

Sunday-Wednesday  between 16:30-18:30 at Eshkol pais, 13 Aliyat hanoar
st., Beit Shemesh

Telephone support during registration period will take place on Sunday
and Wednesday between 8:30-16:00, tel. #: 02-9902120  and on Monday
and Thursday between 12:00-16:00, tel. #: 02-9902118

Reception hours during registration period  will take place on
Wednesday between 15:00 – 17:00 at the education division on 26
Hagefen st., Beit Shemesh, tel. # 02-9902119

Children carrying on in the same gan from תשע"ג (this year) must still
register for תשע"ד (up coming school year)

In order to be entitled to register, you and your spouse  must have an
updated Teudat Zehut, which states your Beit Shemesh address, and your
child's correct details. If your teudat zehuts are not updated then
immediately take it to Misrad hapnim.

Parents payments: 220 NIS per year for enrichment programs and
insurance. The payment will be charged in three The payment  will be
charged in three equal payments beginning in September 2013.

Payment options:

1.   Credit card

2.   Direct withdraw signed by the bank (can be downloaded from the
site), can be handed at the education division on 26 Hagefen st. or
fax at 02-9902111 or 02-9902126

3.    Checks or cash can be paid at the Gvia (payment) Department on 1
Aba Namat st, Beit Shemesh, Tel # 1-700-500-521.

In the case of cancellation of registration after October 1st, 2013,
first payment will not be returned.

Placement answers will be sent by mail during April 2013.

In case you aren't satisfied with placement, you are entitled to
appeal until Monday, May 13th, 2013. You can download the appeal form
from the municipality website.

Open days for visits in the ganim near by your home (between 9:30-11:30):

Friday, January 25,  2013 י"ד שבט

Friday, February 1st,  2013 כ"א שבט

Late registration: 5/5/2013 – 23/5/2013 on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday
and Thursday between 8:30-11:30 at the education division on 26
Hagefen st., Tel. #  02-9902126.  Placement will be based on open
space only.


If you wish to enroll your children into the charedi ganim,
registration will take place at Matnas RBS on 16 Dolev st.:

1.   Sunday and Thursday  between  9:00-15:00

2.    Monday and Wednesday between  9:00-17:00

3.   Friday between 9:00-12:00

In order to be entitled to register, you and your spouse must have an
updated Teudat Zehut, which states your Beit Shemesh address, and your
child's correct details. If your teudat zehuts are not updated then
immediately take it to Misrad hapnim. You will also need a letter
(נספח ד) from the gan approving your child's acceptance to gan.
