hi, my neigbor's dog in ramat shilo got hit by a car today.. it was a pretty hard hit, the car kept on driving (on nahal tseilim)!!!!!! somehow after it got hit the dog ran off!! the owner couldn't find her and has been out looking all morning!! if you see a big beige dog today (belgian shepherd) walking alone or even laying somewhere, please contact me asap..
