[RBS] hebrew enrichment for 10 year old

hi all,

my 10 year old going into kitah hey has to do some serious hebrew 
enrichment over the summer.  anyone have any good leads on a computer 
program or books that would be fun to use but really move him forward? 
also are there some israeli shows equivalent to nickelodeon type of 
tween shows (zach and cody, wizards of waverly place, that sort of 
thing) that we could download/stream? links would be greatly 
appreciated.  thanks!!!
