[RBS] Machon Hadassah?? In Yerushalaim?

Anyone know about it?  Supposed to be a place
to get career counseling, battery of aptitude testing,
interview etc., to recommend university study/career direction.

I keep getting to the page of "Machon Hadas", which
does something similar.
