[RBS] Social Media for Dummies, anyone want to run a workshop or attend one?

I am looking for someone to explain and show me how to set up and use social media more effectively. LinkedIn, Google +, a usable blog format, pinterest etc. I don't have a huge budget but I think there would be other people interested in this too. Would someone media savy be interested in running a (preferably morning) session to explain these and show how to set up and use them so that at the end of the session we have real understanding and tools? How much would this cost etc. Any suggestions for who can run a session like this and is anyone else interested in attending?
