[RBS] Current Hourly Rate for Cleaners

True, in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and their outlying suburban areas, the rate has
been 50 nis per hour for some time.  The rate in Beit Shemesh is STILL 45
nis per hour, and in my humble opinion, I would not encourage anyone to
agree to a 50 nis per hour rate.
