[RBS] (Time and location change/correction) Another Chug Bayit with Mayoral Candidate Eli Cohen

More and more people have had the opportunity to meet Eli Cohen, who is
running for the position of Mayor. However, many still haven't and so we're
trying to meet the demand with more events where you can meet Eli, hear his
vision for the City, and ask any question you want.
