[RBS] local purchase of reupholstery materials

Hi.

When coming up with ideas for a bored teen during summer vacation, the 
final project chosen was reupholstering our dining room chairs.

To that end, I am looking to find a local store (in RBS or BS) that 
sells the necessary materials for reupholstering a dining room chair. I 
think all I basically need is foam and the right type of material..

so, any recommendations?
