[RBS] Important email for Noga parents re "lending text books" project

After a long process, Ulpanat Noga is at the last stage of the "lending text
books" project.

Unfortunately, not all parents have paid the agreed fee, nor have they
returned the text books they borrowed.  This is putting the entire project
in danger, and unless at least 60% of the parents participate, the project
will be cancelled.

PLEASE go to Noga tomorrow (July 31) from 16:00 - 19:00 with the fee and the
books you borrowed so that the project will indeed continue.
