[RBS] FYI: Police blocking off entrance to Bet

Anyone know what's going on?
My son is on the  417 going into Jerusalem from the Rama.
The Police are at the end of Nachal Kishon & not allowing Traffic into Bet.
The bus had to turn & go up the hill on Nachal Hayardan & down onto Kivish 10 & turned at the gardening place onto Sederot Hertzog. 
The police were at the Kikar of Hayarden & Sederot Hertzel &  not allowing Traffic into Bet.
After turning onto Mapeli Agoze they resumed the regular 417 route.
Apparently Bet is closed off.
This was about 4:10.
