[RBS] PSA election information

BEH in a few short months, there will be municipal elections in most cities
, including Beit Shemesh
some candidates have already begun to have chugei bayit and "kenassim".
as so many people have asked me, i'd like to answer one major questions on
the list:

1.  attending (and even hosting) a chug bayit or kennes comes BEFORE
deciding for whom to vote.

If you are invited to a kennes, and you don't think you are voting for the
candidate, attend anyhow!!  This gives you a chance to hear "the other
side,"  to see if there might be points to consider which you haven't yet
considered, etc.  It is also your chance to grill the candidate, and find
out what he/ she really can do for the city.  Just go prepared - have an
idea of what you feel the city needs most, prepare some good questions, and
listen to the answers....
