[RBS] [RBS2] What IS the Truth?

The answer I heard from a very reliable source from within the goings on in the city  is that one of the Rabbis in Nachala umenucha were against it so Mayor Abutbol decided to cancel the project. 

The person who said this is extremely knowledgeable and is not prone to exaggeration.
