Mid-morning today there was a huge traffic jam starting on Road 38 which affected Road 10 and Beit Shemesh (as far as Rechov HaAliya at least). I'm curious what caused it but I haven't seen any news reports about it at all. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks Yitzchok
