[RBS] PSA Canadian Passports

If your Canadian passport is about to expire or has recently expired, it's
best to renew it as soon as possible.  If it has been expired for more than
a year, it makes it more onerous to renew - you need additional documents
etc.
Note that from July 1st, (adult ) passports will be valid for 10 years
instead of 5, but will cost 260 $. (currently $100 for 5 years)
