[RBS] Mood Food Consultations and Classes

People ask "what is Mood Food"? The question is simple -- the answer is
understood only if we remember that every food we eat and when we eat
it, will create a body chemistry both directly and indirectly.
An example of indirect effect might be: eating veggies delivers a full
range of minerals, which is healthy for the body.
An example of direct effect might be: eating a chocolate bar can for
some people serve as a mild mood elevator (yes, most of you know that
already).
So, in a Mood Food consultation, we discuss the foods you tend to focus
on eating and feeding your family -- and how those choices are helping
them, or missing the chance to. We discover simple improvements or
additions you can make, to improve the outcome or to address mood
trouble spots.
The classes are maximum four women, and they accomplish the same goals,
but in a more social environment.
