loaded equipment (machines), located in RBS A.  For more info check out the

   - Private and Semi Private sessions by appointment.
   - Post Rehab Conditioning for injuries and special conditions.
   - Group Equipment and Mat classes (schedule below).

Tuesday nights - 20:00 (coming soon) and 21:00 Equipment
Wednesdays - 8:30 Mat; 9:30 Equipment
Thursdays 8:30 and 9:30 Equipment
Fridays 8:30 Equipment; 9:30 Mat; 10:30 Equipment


Starting be'H after Pessach an amazing new class -
*Jump Interval Training -* A non stop class, combining intervals of
plyrometrics using the Jumpboard and/or Cardio-Tramp™ with dynamic Pilates
exercises on the Reformer without compromising the Pilates principles of
stability. This class is guaranteed to raise your heart rate and is a super
fun full body workout you will not find anywhere else. Maximum 5
