[RBS] bullying at new playground on Ayalon - reply

actually, there HAD been work out equipment in the park on Ayalon, but
people complained and got the equipment removed
some of it was eventually reinstated in the out of the way tayelet
behind nahal ketalav, bur very few people know about it.
