[RBS] procedure for reneweing Israeli passports

We just realized that our Israeli passports are about to expire.  We tried
going on to a website and calling, but the phone answering machines say
their offices are closed and we can't seem to get on the correct website.
Does anyone know the procedure of renewing Israeli passports?  We are living
right here and are Israeli citizens.
