I am pleased to advise the public of an upcoming deluxe project in the M-3
area (Just off Nahar Hayarkon and the back road that leads to Route 10).
The developer is a well respected builder in RBS and Jerusalem (among other
locations in Israel).  The properties are limited to 16 units spread over 4
migrashim - 4 units per migrash.  14 units remain available for reservation
by interested families.  The design is specially directed to the
Anglo-Saxson community....with well appointed living and dinning space
amongst other features.  Full kitchen design-build services are included.
Architectural design by a recognized Anglo firm.

The homes are approximately 200 - 205 sqm, with each unit on 2 levels.  As
an introductory price for the first 2 units - they are available for
2,250,000 nis.  Thereafter prices will be increased to 2.3 m NIS.
