[RBS] chessed opportunity: registration at iriya for mishpachton next year

Hi,
We are looking for someone going to the iriya this week who can hand in our
registration papers on our behalf (willing to pay but are hopeful someone
who is going anyways can hand in our papers at the same time)..we are
moving to RBS in the summer but need to register our baby for mishpachton
this week.
