[RBS] psa: beautiful tefillah from the Noam Elimelech

I came across a beautiful, very moving tefillah by the Noam Elimelech,
published in a sefer translated by Rabbi Tal Moshe Zwecker that is meant for
recitation before davening. If you would like a copy, you're welcome to be
in touch with me. Rabbi Zwecker also offers laminated cards with the
tefillah in both Hebrew and English-free of charge, at his house in RBS B.
