[RBS] Sister of the bride dress?

Looking for sister of the bride dress for my daughter-in-law. Size 36-38 
& she is short like 5 ft. so can't be too long. Any summer color, 
purple, turquoise, etc. but not black Could be a chiffon jumper type 
gown that you wear with shell. Anyone have one to lend for one night or 
do you know if the Sheinfeld gemach has this type of dress.
