[RBS] a post-elections survey

i wish i had done this months ago, but better late than never

for my own education, and perhaps for further research purposes, i would
love for people to write to me (as long or short as they wish)
- what they knew about beit shemesh as a ccity AND about  their
neighbourhood before they decided to move here
- what were the "deciding factors" to move here
