[RBS] Sayeret Horim

Sayeret horim is a programme that provides adult listening ears, watchful
eyes and useful information for youth.  We are trained by ELEM social
services for youth in distress.
The local Sayeret Horim volunteers have had the privilege of helping many
youth  find appropriate frameworks, as well as noticeably changing the
violence and vandalism statistics in the neighbourhoods in which we patrol.

Unfortunately, life happens to our volunteers too, and some have moved,
some are fighting chronic illness, and others have their reasons that they
cannot volunteer.  And as it is, we only have enough staff to do 2 nights a
week, and not all neighbourhoods are represented.
We need more volunteers. Urgently.
There will be a new course after Hanuka, 6 meetings of an hour and a half
each.

Note that most of the youth we meet late at night in RBS are anglo, so
speaking Hebrew is not a requirement
