[RBS] מרוץ בית שמש - הרשמה נסגרת ב12.11 - חשוב להשתתף!!!

שלום לכולם,

 

אני מבקשת שתעזרו לי לפרסם את מרוץ בית שמש – אירוע הפתיחה של "עונת הבריאות של
בית שמש" -  שיתקיים ב20.11 – שבוע הבא  - יום ד. המרוץ קיים כבר 6 שנים וזה
אחד האירועים הכי מקסימים שיזמו תושבי העיר  (חיים ויזמן היזם הראשי ורצי בית
שמש). כל שנה רצים כ1000 ילדים ומבוגרים ברחבי העיר. השנה אנו רוצים להגביר את
מספר הרצים וגם שותפות ביחד של הסוכנות היהודית  עוזרים בארגון ומוסיפיים
"הפנינג" אורח חיים בריא שיתחיל ב17:00 (לפני המרוץ) וימשיך אחרי ברחבת קניון
נעימי. הזינוק ב18:30. יש פעילות שמתאימה לכל המפשחה – ומכירת מיצים בריאים,
סדנה הכנת אוכל בריא, הדגמות ספורט ועוד!

 

חלק מהכספים לדמי הרישום הולכים לתמוך בספריית בינימין לילדים (שבסכנת סגירה)
ולעמותת דרור להעצמות בנות דרך ספורט ולימוד (לזכר רחלי וריקי מנורה).  זה
אירוע מאוד חשוב לציבור הכללי!! צריכים להיות מאוחדים ולתמוך ביזמות שבא
מהתושבים. זה לא רק מיועד לרצים! אפשר גם ללכת את המסלול עם כל המפשחה.

Dear friends,

 

As you know the Beit Shemesh 5 k is coming up fast. This year
Partnership2Gether of the Jewish Agency is helping to turn this event into
something much bigger than in previous years and will involve more
residents.

 

This year the race/walk will take place on Wed, November 20th on
International walking day. It will be the first in 4 events of the Season of
Wellness. We have enlisted the support of the Sports Ministry as well as the
sports, health and education departments of Beit Shemesh and Kupat Cholim
Maccabi. There will be extra hours of sports and wellness in over 10
elementary schools in Beit Shemesh the morning of the race and some of the
schools will take place in the race as a school! 

 

The event will take place this year on a Wednesday evening at Kanyon Naimi
and will include booths selling healthy food, juices and other items. There
will be sports demonstrations going on and a free zumba class for all after
the race. It’s going to be the event of the year. Please come and support it
and we will show the country that Beit Shemesh is ON THE MAP for good and
healthy things.

The funds raised from the event will go to support the Benjamin Library and
Amutat Dror in memory of Riki and Racheli Menora – another good reason to
