[RBS] volunteer with a car for 20 mins on Sunday or monday

Lema'an Achai needs a volunteer who can deliver a meal for supper on Sunday
or Monday evening, between 4-6pm.  The meal would be picked up from an
address in RBSa and delivered to a different address in RBSa.
