[RBS] Learn how to create papercuts

Zipora Ne'eman, a papercut artist, is coming to Efrat before Chanuka to give
a 3 hour workshop on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 from 19:00 - 22:00.

Her method of paper-cutting uses a small scissors instead of a Stanley knife
for cutting.

She will teach how to create papercuts from one's own designs. 

The workshop, which includes all materials and tools, will cost between
50-75 NIS, depending on the number of participants.
