Thanks to everyone who responded.  I got several responses ranging from:
best to do tubes a.s.a.p. since affects kids speech when they can't hear.
Hopi candles (don't really know what that is but sure is easy to find out),
homeopathy, chiropractic.  Two recommendations of chiropractors were for
Shachar Tzadok and one was for Kerry Bar Kohn.   I have taken my kids to
Shachar when they had health issues so its worth a try.  It also resonated
with me not to wait too long to deal with as the speech is affected as a
result.  Btw, I did get a recommendation for a reflexologist in Jerusalem
from my son's cheder rebbee.  I would want to hear testimonials of it
working before schlepping out there.
